Story
Devi Cavitt Razo and Deepika Sheleff have spent decades immersed in the world of human development, guiding transformational processes, coaching leaders, facilitating groups, and doing our own deep inner work. Again and again we saw the same pattern: people who are intelligent, capable, and successful often find themselves limited not by external circumstances, but by the inner patterns, beliefs, and adaptations they developed earlier in life. Real growth begins when we turn open our eyes to these patterns with compassion and courage.
We created EOS as a space where people can step out of the noise of their roles and responsibilities and reconnect with something deeper within themselves... their clarity, their resilience, and their authentic voice.
Our friendship is at the heart of EOS. The trust, curiosity, and deep respect we have for each other mirrors the environment we strive to create in every program: a space where people can be real, learn together, and discover what becomes possible when they reconnect with their own deepest core.
