A supportive and energizing space to loosen the blocks and patterns that hold you back and cause tension in your life. Pulsation is a powerful method for untangling the knots of emotions and patterns stuck in our body.
In these Breath Circles, each person receives an individual Pulsation bioenergetic breathwork session from the facilitator. The group supports and may participate in ways that deepens the healing experience.
In order to give each person an individual session, the number of participants is limited to 4 persons.
