Our next Essentials of Self will take place at Triveni Ashram Sanctuary, a peaceful retreat center located in the high desert of northern Arizona, surrounded by wide-open land, wilderness, and abundant wildlife. The atmosphere is quiet, spacious, and deeply reflective.
Although it’s Arizona, the elevation keeps the climate much milder than Phoenix, with fresh air, cool mornings, and beautiful desert landscapes.
The sanctuary has served as a spiritual retreat center, and it carries a grounded, contemplative energy that supports reflection and inner work. Participants consistently appreciate the delicious vegetarian meals prepared on site.
Travel Logistics
The closest airport is Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. We will organize a group pickup from the airport for participants, and there are also shuttle van services available.
The sanctuary is located near several beautiful northern Arizona destinations, including Prescott, Granite Mountain, Sedona, and Flagstaff.
